Keywords disappear!

Keywords disappear!
Hi
I put some keywords in Search Forums > Search by keywords as I want an email subscription of threads.
Then I scrolled down to the bottom and clicked Save Search Preference Go!
But I came back to the same page later, and the keywords are gone.
Can you tell me what's wrong?
