Photo Upload Stuck at 90%

Photo Upload Stuck at 90%
Tried on multiple networks and multiple photos to post a single photo, but Upload Progress gets stuck at 90.

I had this problem with my phone, but it was working properly on my laptop.

Well, I hope IB fixes this as my photos are on my phone, and it is too time-consuming to email them to another device to get around a technical issue.

Cleared cache and cookies - still broken on both Safari iOS and Android Chrome.

No, I have my iPhone camera set to JPEG, and on the Android file manager (sent one via email to test), they are showing as .JPG.
