Return of the "un-collapseable" Promo at top of screen (fixed)
The "Vote Now" notice is on every screen for me and has no 'x' allowing closure.

FYI, previously when I returned, there was a red 'x' on the top of the prompt which I clicked to remove the notice. For me, it has not returned. I have logged off, logged back in, etc with no re-occurrence.

Yep - that just appeared for me, Gone.... for now.
