Punctuation display issue

It appears that this is showing up randomly, but occasionally both apostrophes and quotation marks are displaying as boxes. I am using Chrome 77.0.3865.90

Is this on Desktop? Does it still occur if you clear your cache? How does this look? "Doesn't aren't ain't Your's"

It is on desktop. It happens occasionally and randomly. Right now it's showing fine.

Update - it happened again, but if I refresh the page, then it's fully loaded with punctuations intact. I am guessing it's a browser/load issue.
