Our editorial team oversees that. I see that your point was addressed in the article:

At Austin–Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA), curbside pickups for taxis and apps like Uber and Lyft have been shunted down to the ground level of the car rental area. Likewise, the outlet states that San Francisco (SFO) and Seattle-Tacoma (SEA) international airports have now set up designated spaces for all ride-hailing services.

Boston, it says, will soon follow suit, as will Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
So that is possibly why your comment was not published (as it would be redundant). Please keep in mind that tone and language is also important and subject to discretion. I have not seen your comment, so I am not saying you took an abrasive approach, I am simply noting that this has been a recurring issue with commenters I have been made aware of by editorial.

The (blogs and news) are not within the purview of FlyerTalk Technical Support and Feedback forum or major FT forum functions. Attempting to communicate feedback with either through here will not result in feedback to bloggers or writers for those two features.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but that’s a separate and semi-autonomous function from the fora here.

I'm having the same issue using Chrome on a PC. When I click on the comment button nothing happens. I tried in Edge and it works with that browser.

https://www.flyertalk.com/articles/t...l-changes.html is the most recent attempt to read comments.

If Flyertalk Tech Support is the wrong place to report these type of issue then what is the correct reporting method?

I experienced this, too. I have reported to tech and included our editor.

Thanks.

I have also noticed that towards the bottom of the Flyertalk home page https://www.flyertalk.com// is a "Load More" button. This is also non-functional using Chrome, Version 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) (64-bit). Probably related to not being able to see comments on the same page stories.
