IE keeps crashing

IE keeps crashing
Only been the last 2-3 days and only on Flyertalk.
A lot of the time when I click on a link, on the British Airways forum (frequent this the most), my browser crashes and may restart from the same page.
If I got to the main forum list page and click on say "hotels and places to stay", and then a sub forum of that, my browser may crash and fail to re-open the page.
Using Chrome, zero problems.
Not sure if it's having issues with ads, Javascript or what.
Fine just now whilst I left Chrome open.
