My friend can't create an account
I have a friend who aspires to join our community, but he has failed 10 times (pc and mobile) due to image verification (which, I can confirm IS NOT working). Please advise.

The recaptcha verification method used by FT doesn't work in mainland China for some reason. I had a tough time using it from Marriott hotels in SHA.
