How do I forward new threads to my email?

Hi all! I seem to missing out on all the great finds on the Hotel Deal forums.

I was thinking that it would be great if I could be notified of new threads via email/an app. Or is it simply a case of "dedication pays off" kind of situation?

I will admit that I didn't know the functionality was available to email updates for subscribed forums (I knew it was for subscribed threads), has this been available for a long time?

Is there a way to change the settings for the forums I'm currently subscribed to so that it sends me emailed updates? I haven't been able to find a way to do this other than unsubscribing then subscribing again and turning on the email feature for each individual forum I want updates from.

Unsubscribe to them, then resubscribe; it will ask you about alerts then.

Alternative - use RSS reader and an IFTTT recipe to forward items to your email. That way you will get all items without worrying about logging into the site.

Hi, unfortunately the only options are Daily and Weekly updates, which wouldn't be helpful in my case.

RSS feed for Hotel Deals is http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/exter...2&forumids=607.

If it helps, I use Inoreader (no disclosure needed). The IFTTT recipe could be, for example, https://ifttt.com/recipes/291319-rec...oreader-folder.
