Why are postings deleted without any explanation?
Yep, this has been happening on a frequent basis.
It seems like a particular moderator (don't know who) likes to delete my posts for random reasons (and will not even tell me what those reasons are).
No profanity, no name calling, less "trash talk" than is the norm for the fora.
Yes, mocking but no worse than the norm.
When someone else questioned why the post was deleted, he was told by a moderator that it could be due to a violation of the TOS. But a two word post with no profanity was removed without other explanation.
And when I ask for a clarification as to why this happened, all I get are *crickets*. And the post questioning why deleted.
So is this what I should expect here from now on?
And I'll wager someone will delete this complaint.
Because it is inconvenient.

The best thing to do in such a situation is to PM all of the moderators in the forum you are referencing for an explanation, and if not satisfied there, PM SanDiego1K, the Community Director.

Looking at your record I see 12 post deletions, mainly in the Delta and UA forum(s) and by not one but 4 mods. The reason code mostly entered was TOS violation followed by discussion of moderation.
Skimming over the content of the first few deleted posts, I think you are aware what you were posting borderline content and I think the 'norm' is open to interpretation?

And a little communication as to what the TOS violation was would be helpful.
