Hi toppsshelf.
Since no one has answered your question here (I think you may have posted this in the wrong forum, as this one is for technical issues, problems, etc, on FT), may I suggest that you post your question on the Air Canada forum, where, even though it's supposed to be about only Air Canada, it's actually turned into a forum about most things (usually flying) Canadian, and reference has often been made to the AirMiles Canada card. I'm sure you'll find many on the AC forum who can help answer your questions. Hope this helps.
