Big pop-up ads
When I got into FT Miles this time, a big pop-up window for some rubbish called "smiley central" was launched and proceeded to take quite some time to load.
I thought we weren't supposed to be getting obnoxious pop-ups on FT.

One per day is all I'm ever likely to see. When I'm home, my system removes ads. When I'm in an airport lounge, for example, using a horribly slow modem connection, I get to experience them.
