problems when FT tries to load button.swf

since this (European) morning (TF time midnight) when opening different fora, from time to time, the loading of a new post stops at 'button.swf'.

Afterwards I can not activate any other forum on FT anymore, before exiting and restarting Explorer (only deleting cookies etc didn't help).

In total this happened now more than 10 times today. Never such problems before.

Mac OSX 10.1.5
Explorer for Mac 5.2

Sounds like an ad problem. I have asked for a check from the ad company.

Thanks.

Not same problem as Rudi but I have been having problem hitting the move buttons to different Forums etc not "taking". Nothing happens quite often.

John and Rudi seem to have identified the problem, -- those "USA Today" ads with all the "flash" and moving graphics etc were not only INCREDIBLY distracting, but seemed to add bugs to the FT operation platform.

Thanks for getting rid of those, and hope they never return.

Irritating in the EXTREME IMO.
