I'm seeing the links with no problem... is this the only thread you've noticed this problem in?

Also on Starwood noticed it on bworrells post - do not see that link either.

Let me hyperlink that link here and see if I can read it on this forum when it posts, as I click on dozens of links all day on FT with no issues.

Sure beats me.

Can see and click on both the hyperlink and straight link in my post above.

You got me... Have you tried clearing your cache, deleting your temporary internet files, rebooting, all that stuff?

Yep. Have had the issue since I loaded Windows XP recently.

I can't see the side and top/base banners here anymore. (Not a bad thing at times!)

I do NOT have a pop up stopper loaded. AFAIK. Have the Google tool bar, but pop-up killer is not checked.

That I can live with, I just do not understand why some links are visible and some not if they all use same HTML to create. Just thought it may be a bug in Starwood forum of some kind, but apparently not.

Glen, did you install WinXP as an upgrade, or as a clean install? If you've got the time, do a clean install, as an upgrade can be worse than the original OS.

Willyroo - thanks. I bought it on CDs from a store here, so should be OK then? It or an on-line update seemed to have some kind of pop up stopper on it, and I deleted that, but no change.

I was buying a new garage door last week and cannot see any of the 12 click boxes here to click on any. All I see in violet is "action replay" 3 times! Annoying.

Progress! Had a tech savvy person look at it today. there is an "ad blocking" check box on the Norton Internet security program. Unchecked that and all was fine.
