Yeah, we noticed that too. I got hold of the DigiChat tech support, and they could only tell me that they were working on the box our account is hosted on. They wouldn't give a cause of the problem or a resolution time, so we decided it was better to cancel the chat before we began, than to drop everyone out in the middle. We'll reschedule the chat for a later date...
