Is there an adjustment on the time allowed to make an edit for grammar/spelling etc??
SubscribeI too would support it if it were limited to only a few minutes. Then again from past experience practically none of the posters above would qualify to do it anyway as they often edit hours if not days/weeks after their posts and grammer/spelling has had nothing to do with it.
A certain above posters opinions should be held for another board where his/her "unbiased" opinions are "appreciated".

Great to read a Talk member supports this suggestion of grammar edits for 10 minutes after post if the new UBB does make it across. Thank you hfly. <font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Originally posted by hfly:

And thank you Dan for the detailed explanation. Yes there are many other techicial and practicial issues that I am sure are not evident to us behind the scenes.

Editing one's posts should be allowed so that all may know who are the cowards who like to flame people, then go back and edit their posts to make it look like the other party fired the first shot.
Of course this requires that the admittedly somewhat intrusive "[This message has been edited by ____ (edited 07-22-2002).]" message be left in place.

That would be "TalkBoard member". Whatever happened to "I am VERY fussy about spelling and presentation. Just me." ???<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Originally posted by ozstamps:

(Too bad there's no smiley with a raised eyebrow.)
FewMiles..
Is someone trying to bait me? My comments are made by me as myself not as a "talk" member nor as a "talkboard" member. A certain member of this community has been informed of this distinction several times now. I do not mention nor hide behind titles, nor live vicariously through my associations with other people.
Fewmiles, I think this is the smilie you are looking for:
I also fail to see what being a Talkboard member has to do with technical requests for FT, imho being a TB member doesn't matter one IOTA...
