Changes in refresh?

It's doing that because we had recently changed the link behavior on our framesets.
We changed the links to each main Forum to not reload a specific frameset per Forum, as they used to. The main reason is to allow future content partners to link into the "guts" of FlyerTalk without worrying about our frameset reloading over their presentation.
This means that if you originally go into FT Miles' frameset page (http://www.flyertalk.com/milesfr.shtml), and then shoot over to Travel, using the links at the tops of each thread page, you'll still be within Miles' frameset, but now the Travel threads show up in the content frame (the main frame).
Understandably, this can be confusing since even though a new page is loading in your main content frame, your browser's location field still says you're in one particular Forum's frameset.
But, you can still navigate like normal through all the main Forums, as well as each's internal threads. The main downside of this, is of course, your problem above: if you refresh the frameset, that frameset will reload, but it will pull back into the content frame that frameset's true content frame.
Sorry for the confusion...
