more ad problems
I keep getting the message "connect.247media.ads.link4ads.com could not be found" when browsing Flyertalk today. It so far has only appeared in FT Travel, not FT Miles.
I'm using Mozilla 0.9.8 on Solaris 8.

I'll take a look at the template files in Travel; there may be some outdated ad links in there...
UPDATE: nope, nothing out of the ordinary going on in there.
Which forums are you getting that error in?
Does it happen every time, even after shift-reloads?

It was happening in ONMI, but seems better today.
It happened once in American Airlines a few minutes ago.
Shift-Reloading helps, but only because he usually brings up an ad from another server.

I haven't had this problem in a few days, so I assume it has corrected itself. If it re-appears, I'll let you know. Thanks for looking into it.

Dan, I got the error again just now. It was a link from another thread to one in the "old" ONMI (FT Miles), so maybe that was it. When I i tried to open the thread, I got the error message.
Here's the screenshot as you requested: http://www.markbach.com/stuff/ft_error.jpg

Yeah, that's definitely an old page, since it still has the PrivilegeFlyer banner up there as well.
I'll search around in the old OMNI and see what I can find; thanks for the screenshot.
UPDATE: I'm in the process of updating threads and pruning dead HTML files. The problem page that you're pointing out is the old location of it, before we moved it to FT Archives. That's why it's showing the old banner ads and causing broken image errors. The current location of the page you want is at:
http://www.flyertalk.com/pasttalk/ft...ML/001371.html
But, since the old page is linked to in some other thread, people are probably still going to end up there by accident.
