That's a pretty unique one... What browser and operating system are you using? We haven't received any similar feedback and I can't seem to dupe the error over here on our PCs or Macs.

I'm using Netscape Communicator 4.78 on Unix Solaris. The "Sign Up Now" button has different frequencies of vibration. The fastest one is causing the problem.
