Links Not Opening Properly

Links Not Opening Properly
When I click on links in any FT forum, a new IE browser opens as it usually does, but only a white screen comes up.
No new link sucessfully opens.
Tried Netscape and this does not happen.
Suggestions?

Use a good browser like mozilla or opera.
