Why have so many replies not posted?
It seem since the first of the year there are many topics that show multiple replies but when opened only the original message or a far fewer number of replies are posted. Three of my replies dating back to Jan 5 have not posted along with responses to one of my postings. Examples in the One World forum are "NONE WORLD" shows 9 replies but only 3 are posted. "Round the Desks" shows 5 replies but none are posted.
Am I missing something?

Welcome to FlyerTalk jrussell.
Your browser preferences are probably not set to load the latest version each time you load a page. You most likely are not receiving the latest version of the page but instead are loading an earlier version stored on your hard drive from a previous visit or perhaps an earlier version stored on your internet provider's local server.
Simply use the "Refresh" function for your type browser and that should load the latest version. To avoid having to do this each time, you would need to change your browser preferences and set it to check for newer versions with every visit to the page.
Here are a few previous FlyerTalk threads on your situation:

MRLIMO thanks for the advice. I actually had to go to another computer to get your reply but your advice solved the problem. I apologize for posting a topic that already had been covered and will try to remember to search the archives next time. Thanks again. You FTers are certainly a helpful lot.

It was a pleasure to have been of assistance. I do more than just open doors for people.
