Qaulifier forum "right margin"
In the Qualifier forum, and only in the Qualifier forum, the text runs off the right side of my browser window, regardless of the computer and browser I use.

this is always the case if, in a former post of the same topic, a www-link is longer than your window is wide.

Right. The software works that way on a thread by thread basis. It's not related to the forum you're in. Threads without any long URLs, like this one (at least so far), wrap to your window.
