Can't get onto Live chat
Hi
Every time I try to log in to Live chat I get the following message
"Digichat could not locate the specified host. Please make sure you are using the correct hostname.
java.net.UnknownHostException: host3.digichat.com"
What must I do to be able to log in? I need an answer urgently so that I can participate in the forthcoming live chat hook up.

Check with your Internet service provider to see if you have hostname resolution problems. If you have a program you can run called nslookup, try nslookup host3.digichat.com. If it returns an IP address for the hostname (63.75.34.45 is the IP address at the moment), perhaps what you encountered before was a transient problem, or one which has already been fixed by your ISP. If it tells you non-existent host/domain, then there's still a problem but it will be easier for your ISP to figure out what's going on with the additional info.

I telnetted to my host and logged into a shell account there.
I typed nslookup host3.digichat.com.
here's what I got back
server localhost
address 127.0.0.1
non-authoritative answer
name host3.digichat.com
address 63.75.34.45
