cut and paste not working

cut and paste not working
I type a posting off-line so that I could cut and paste the text once I joined the bulletin board. The paste command does not seem to work in the message field. Is this a one time problem or just not available thru this software. Thanks for any help in off-line message composition.

I have never encountered this problem and just now pasted this from Word into this field.

I, too, have composed offline many times, and then cut and pasted the results, with absolutely no problem.
