since I will get the same error message the Premex did when trying to open his thread and post a reply to it, I have created a new thread (no choice )!

Like Premex I too get the Internet Explorer conflict, then it shuts me down.

I too have been shut down a couple of times. I'm on Internet Explorer as well.

I apologize that we continue to have problems with this board and I asure you that we are all making our best efforts to get the situation in hand.

I am aware of what is causing the following error:

"An Error Has Occurred In The Script Of This Page"
Error: Invalid Character
-or sometimes-
Error: Syntax Error

and I can remedy that situation fairly quickly I believe.

We are also aware of the clock problems and are making efforts to correct the situation there as well.

Please bare with us just a tad longer and I will try to get the situation straightened out ASAP.

I am using Netscape Communicator 4.6 and have had my browser shut down 4-5 times and my system rebooted just now.

Netscape 4.6 too (but the Mac-version). no problems for my Macintosh.

I hope these problems have been resolved, I'm running IE 4.5 with heavy encryption and with no problems on my Mac. I do know that our tech guys are looking at all this in parallel with the UBB board people. Thanks for the information.
