Only certain threads email notification only after visit
How come some threads you have to visit the site to get new alerts and others keep emailing with every post? How do I change this setting?
For example the Applying for Chase cards emails me only after I visit while Target RedCard sends them with every post. They are both set to immediate notifications.

You will get an alert when there is *at least* one new post since you last visited a thread. If you check the thread, the alert resets and you will receive an alert the next time a post is made there. But there is only 1 alert sent, no matter how many new posts are made since your last visit.
