FT Lagging on Chrome Today?

Super, super unusably slow on Chrome. Fine on Firefox and IE. Happening for anyone else? Chrome up to date.

FT Lagging on Chrome Today?

Maybe it's Chrome that is lagging today?

Dunno enough about these things. Was just wondering if there was any known issue.

My chrome has been lagging on many sites the last few days so it could be a chrome issue. No problem on IE at work today

My Chrome is what I'm using right now, and I'm experiencing no lag or slowness. The version is iOS running on an iPad Air 2, so it might be another version running on another OS that's affected.

It's said here often enough to be a mantra, so: have you cleared your browser history, cache and cookies lately? Sometimes all those "loose strings" can cause drag.

Went back up to full steam by about 1 ET, so I guess it must have just been something in the interweb pipes.

I think the mantra you mentioned got trumped by another mantra: the best way to fix a technology problem is to complain about said problem to others. At my job, I know that NOTHING fixes a tech issue faster than trying to replicate the problem in front of the IT folks!

Definitely a problem. Right now I'm in the USA with an unblocked internet not running behind a VPN. Windows 7 on a laptop. Seems to be FT, I'm having problems with FT on the other browsers but Chrome is the worst. Doesn't seem to be affecting other websites I'm accessing on Chrome or other browsers. Am seeing a "waiting for fw.adsafeprotected.com" during the hang but I've scoured my computer for malware and don't think it's my end.

But I'm still not experiencing any lag. It seems to be affecting some, not all, so I'm not sure it's FT.

I've got normal speed using Chrome on my laptop; haven't experienced any slowness.

What I'm suddenly getting are large blank spaces when someone has quoted someone. I can see their response but don't know which post/comments they're responding to because it's in a big white empty box. It just started an hour ago. Am assuming it's a temporary thing.

Cheers.

Yeah nothing on my side either, posting this from chrome right now.

Might want to check your internet connection speeds, maybe your ISP is doing something.
