yes, there is. click on your own name/go to my flyertalk (left hand option in the blue bar below the forum thread description).
Left hand side 'your control panel', half way down 'edit options'... lots of options there, including date/time.

Go to "MyFlyertalk" and then look down the left hand column for "settings and options". In that section, you should see "edit options". Click on that and on the right hand section you should see a "date & time options" section with a pop-up menu where you can select your time zone
