YOUR OPINION MATTERS survey!!! on iPad

I get this ad on my iPad every time I go on FT! It's maddening, and I'll have to stop coming to this site because of it! Anyone else have this issue. It's only on FT, no matter what page I navigate to, I get this scrolling ad "your opinion matters, take survey..."
FT please stop this nonsense!

It goes away once you click on it, as long as you're logged in and don't clear cookies.

If your browser clears cookies every time you exit the site, you'll keep seeing it. Most people only see it once. Just change your browser setting on the ipad, be sure you're logged in, and you'll be fine.

Thanks. I see it every time I click on a page, so if I'm browsing many threads, I may see this 20 times in a sitting. Also, it's a fraudulent ad too. The ad says, take a survey, then you are redirected to United.com. FT should drop this method of advertising. (Yes I know you can click and close it, but it is annoying none the less.

FYI there is not a setting for clearing cookies every time on the IPad. I have a private browsing setting that I select, that I suspect is clearing cookies.
I prefer to keep it this way and don't think I should have to sacrifice privacy to avoid intrusive ads on FT. No other sites cause this problem for me.
Thanks.

You're right -- private browsing clears cookies when you leave.

You can log in using it, and just keep that window upon; that ought to work for you.

I do log in, and don't leave FT and still have this problem. Apparently I'm the only one though, or no one on FT peruses this thread.
