Captcha & Password Request
I don't know if the system is broken right now or what, but this has to be the worst captcha I've ever dealt with on the password request. I think I tried about 40 times and I am told it does not match on all of them. Playing the audio is even more useless. I got 4-5 captchas that I could 100% make out both "words" but usually they have a "close enough" feature for the bogus word they give you. See if you can check this piece of crap out. Fortunately I realized I had reset my password 7 months ago and the one it emailed me previously was still working.

I know it can be awful. I've run into similar problems. We're always looking for Captcha alternatives, but as of now it is the industry standard, and keeps us (reasonably) free of spambot attacks.
