No - but you can stop posting, effectively abandoning the account. And if the issue is that you chose a handle that doesn't suit, with so few posts you are welcome to contact IBobi or me to choose a different one.

Hi - Can anyone advise me - at the bottom of this page is a link that says privacy policy , it takes me to a page called ib Internet brands and under a heading called your choices it says "You may cancel your registration or deactivate your account, or update your preferences at any time."
Does this not refer to my flyertalk account ?
thanks

Our policy has always been to allow you to delete any of your posts. We don't "unregister" your account. Rather, you simply stop posting. If you don't want to receive any more communications from FlyerTalk, please PM IBobi. He will delete your email address from your account.

What we can do is add you to our email "opt-out" list, blank your email address and password in your account. That keeps your posts from reverting to "guest" (which can make things confusing in the forum threads), and keeps anyone from accessing your account ever again (including you, and this cannot be undone).
