"I Voted" Avatar
One quick question. I've tried to enable to "I Voted" avatar for my profile, but I can not see it under my handle on any of my posts. I have logged out and back in, and even given the Avatar page the direct link (http://www.flyertalk.com/images/voted1.gif).. Is there something else I should be doing?

I voted as well and can't get the Avatar to come up, but I have seen it displayed for others. In the interim I have added the language to my profile.

No avatar for me either.
BTW still on the election I thought I recalled a notation under the members name noting they were a TB candidate but don't see that this year. Is that just my memory on the fritz or anyone else have a quick answer for a curious canddiate?

Everyone in this thread (so far) had cast their votes. Except for skchin, I don't see anyone's "I Voted" icon.
I am using Firefox, if that would make any difference. I recall there were issues with icon not showing in different browsers (IE vs. Firefox) two years ago.
Is it happening again this year but just the other way around?
ps. I haven't voted yet. I guess I'll wait till the icon problem is solved.

I am using IE, can see the voting avatars of others, but mine is not appearing.
I even tried changing my settings from "I voted" #1 to "I voted" #2, but it did not help.

Seems like some of us who voted early didn't get the avatar. It might have been switched on after our votes but you'd think it would be retroactive.

seems to be something technical on IB's end but they are working on it.
Note: I'm among the early voters also without an Avatar and if nothing can be done, i can access the voter list and I'll manually amend your vote/Avatar record.

I haven't been rejected this much in such a short period of time since the party at which I propositioned both Michelle Pfeiffer and Jennifer Aniston at the same time.
