Covid-19 test at LIS airport

Anyone knows whether there is any chance to take a Covid-19 PRC test at Lisbon airport before flying out? Also, any recommendations for a good testing center in Lisbon (including pricing & timing for results) would be highly appreciated.

There are no testing facilities before departure at the airport for now.

You can find the list of accredited labs for COVID testing here. I've used Synlab and Lumilabo and they're very similar in terms of timing (less than 24h); I'm not sure about the pricing, but I believe it's around €100 everywhere.

Currently, many labs do not have availability before the next 2 or 3 days thus you would need to organize yourself a bit.
I had mine done at CUF Tejo hospital this morning, with booking made the night before over the phone.
Price was 100Eur and results available within 48h in case it is for a flight.

You can either contact one of the labs mentioned in the wiki or TAP via their new service: https://www.flytap.com/en-pt/promo/tap-partners-lx

PCR vs LAMP for Lisbon to UK

Any one understand what the current requirements are for BA flying to and from Lisbon? We’re flying 19th June and can’t understand the types of tests we need to take on outbound and return flights;

I’m certain flying out requires a PCR test 72 hours before,

TAP website seems to think the return can be LAMP:

“Present a negative COVID19 NAAT (PCR or LAMP) or antigen test taken up to 72hrs prior to departure of the flight to the UK. This measure does not apply to children under the age of 11 years.”
from TAP

from Gov.uk
This could include tests such as:
  • a nucleic acid test, including a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test or derivative technologies, including loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) tests
  • an antigen test, such as a test from a lateral flow device

I understand you can’t use the NHS tests:
NHS tests cannot be used for the purpose of pre-departure testing before travel to England.

You cannot take an NHS test abroad with you to use on yourself before you return.

By reading these would the lateral flow test bed sufficient for boarding the return BA flight?

The best thread for this is the UK Arrivals thread in the Coronavirus forum. I know it's rather large but it has all the details there, data points, good supplies, bad suppliers and so on. But to give a brief answer, you need a PCR, LAMP, "Rapid Antigen" test and several others for the UK arrival, plus a very specifically booked Day2 PCR test once you are back in the UK. Not all PCR tests in the UK qualify, it needs genome sequencing if positive. You also need to complete a UK PLF. Lateral Flow is allowed, provided it is supervised in person or by Zoom, Qured is a specialist in the latter. You need a test certificate out of the testing process. In your shoes a "Rapid Antigen" costing 30€ or so will do prior to departure. The BA forum also has a few threads on the topic of going to Portugal, but the short version is a PCR test within 72 hours of departure, not LAMP (etc) and also the Portuguese PLF. Different rules apply in Madeira, their outer islands and another set of rules applies to the Azores.
