I suppose the TB could do something really, really unpopular. @:-)

Seriously, the lack of attention to TB is a sign of TB's success in keeping FTers happy. Just my opinion.

Speaking only for myself as a TB member, I'm hopeful that the agenda will be published in this forum. While it may cause some to wail and gnash their teeth because they are not comfortable with what is on/not on it, sharing the agenda is the 'open' thing to do.

Of course that is not my call alone to make and certainly OTBMMFD.

That said, the agenda is not even finalized yet, so patience, grasshoppers!

Publishing the agenda is one of those things I'm ambivalent about.

If we end up doing it, fine. If not, that's fine too. I'm easy to please.

But regardless if it's posted or not, you know that the truly interesting, "juicy" discussions will be at breaks and/or over cocktails.

I wonder how much blood was shed

I didn't see any blood. IMHO, it was actually a very productive meeting with some great ideas for making FT an even better place.

I am still hoping that we will be able to publish our agenda and maybe even our minutes sometime in the near future.

Isn't each TalkBoard member who so desires free to post here whatever he or she might have said about the various issues which were discussed?

You certainly have that right when it comes to posts you made on the private TB Forum.

How about each TB member, if they wish, let us know of the outcomes which you consider will most affect FT and its members.

Thank you if you have any comment on output from the Talkboard meeting.

Do you mean that TalkBoard now has a secret agenda?

If I were the boss of the world, the Agenda would have been published as soon as it was prepared, but, I am not the boss of the world.

The Agenda, IMHO, was an admirable piece of work, because of the very excellent input we received from contributors to this thread, coupled with hard work on behalf of the TalkBoard members.

Hey, Dov, I am still a newbie, so you probably know the rules better than I.

As I understand it, I can talk about my opinions about anything, if I can find anybody willing to listen, and can publicly share my personal thoughts on any subject we are discussing. In this particular case, however, the preparation of the Agenda was a joint effort, with lots of input from the general members as well as the TB, so I think it will probably make more sense to everyone when they see the whole package, rather than just getting dribs and drabs.

I personally was very excited about the meeting, the TB members, Randy's contributions and input, and the directions I think things will go, and hope you will be as well.

I'm confused. There is some prohibition against a TB member telling us what you guys talked about?

Since this thread was about getting input for the Talkboard meeting and the meeting has now occured, this thread has served its purpose.

If the Talkboard chooses to share what was discussed, I am sure a member will start another thread.

So, I am closing this thread since I do not believe the Talkboard is still taking input for its Phoenix meeting...
