New subforum item purchasing
I don't know if this would break any rules, but maybe a subform under CC about special orders items what you can only get in certain countries. For instance, I like the brown cheese in Norway, and if anyone is going there, they could pick it up. The issue is about exchange for money, but it wouls have nothing to do with anything with the airlines.

Jason, while it is my belief that while FTers are very nice folks, and often willing to help each other out, few would be willing to start shopping and carting things across the pond for people they do not know.
If a FT friend of yours is going to Norway, it is one thing to ask him to bring back the cheese -- but don't expect others to volunteer to do that.
