I don't feel the need to define anything. I have already stated repeatedly my feelings about severe offences.
I have never seen a suspension of longer than 7 days that was unwarranted and that is why I feel that a TB member who violates the TOS in such a severe manner should be held accountable to the membership.

Suggestion: CameraGuy has made his position very clear. So have I and so has Attorney28.
Other than us, only Gleff has posted on this thread so unless somebody new joins in and raises a point we haven't already addressed, I think it is best if we leave it before somebody makes a statement he will later regret.
