Is it perhaps time to examine the issue(s) of moderators and guidelines again?

Nothing personal in respect to the OP; however, perhaps it is time to lock this thread - again? 
This issue is out our hands doc, unless Randy comes to us and personally seeks advice on the moderator issue. But, somehow, I think he would prefer to work out any issues that may come up with them directly and without our (the TalkBoard as a group) 2 cents thrown in.
After all, what do I know about moderating except how to contact one if they are needed.

If anyone wishes to discuss the role of moderators, feel free take it up with Randy. The TalkBoard is not going to make any recommendations to changing the role of moderators.
