*A Award on LX, standby?
Did a quick search, couldn't find it.

I have a *A award ticket booked through AC on LX in Y. How easy (possible) is it to standby for a sameday standby? The route of interest is ZRH-CDG, if that matters.

As long as it does not serve the airline (i.e. because your original flight is overbooked), LX will not let you stand-by on an earlier flight.
