Taste is subjective, personally i am a fan of Pommery Louise, no way LX will be in a hurry to change it given all the positive feedback they have been getting.

They could do it, add a Guest Champagne that changes constantly, you find out once onboard.

What I would really like to see is a nice rose champagne as a guest (or permanent) sidekick to the widow.
