Transiting in SIN - Covid and bags question

I am traveling on LX from DUS via ZRH to SGN Vietnam and am transiting and changing carriers in SIN. The connecting carrier is VN.
Question, can I obtain BP for the connecting VN flight when checking into LX in DUS? And check in bags all the way?
I am trying to avoid having to collect bags in SIN and going through landside, which will make me having to provide tests and certifications.
Likewise, the return trip from SGN starts with TR (Scoot) and connects in SIN - same scenario, need the BP and bags checked through to DUS

Your SGN to SIN departs after your arrival in DUS. So something isn’t right here.

also - is this all one ticket?

it is - your original posted dates were wrong

as this is one booking, you’re good. LX has interlineares agreements with both airlines in place.
