LX has been laying off employees and is now short on staff, like many employers who proceeded likewise.

Wages also seem to be an issue. Luxurious products (C/F) more than any other products should not be staffed with very low paid employees, as it is even more improper to count every pennies spent on employees who serve passengers paying CHF 10k on an airline ticket.

LH already having challenges to staff themselves, I‘m wondering how that is possible …

Circa 2012 I was on the ZRH-NRT in F and the two amazing guys working the cabin got to talking with us and they said that for their 25 years at SWISS/SWISSAIR they recevied a 50 CHF voucher for Coop/Globus... blew my mind.
