oops, yes, EDI is one of these crazy flights

On my last WK flight that had an LX code on an LX ticket I had no issues getting into lounges per LX rules.

Yes, access to First Class Lounge incl.separate security (starting at 05:30 a.m.), check-in at SWISS FC counter. Confirmed by Swiss Core customer service.

And also limo service in case your bus is a bus gate..

On the ground in Switzerland flying WK is pleasant. Not included yet in other HON benefits (award booking guarantee), but ground service works well.

looking at a WK flight bilbao to ZRH. Would probably book via LX website. Does anyone know if *G gets priority check in, a larger carry on bag, and priority security in economy? Would prefer not to pay for business class to get all those things. Thanks in advance for any insights.

It does - AENA lounge.
You have to switch to short haul to see lounges in Europe

I have a questions when booked WK (Edelweiss) with a WK number (NOT LX).

Would one still get the benefits like additional lugagge and business class check-in for Y passengers
(The website is not really clear if this is for LX tickets only or for WK tickets as well)

And yes I am aware that I will get nada miles for a WK ticket....
