Swiss Fares ex KHI
It seems Swiss has recently changed its fare structure ex KHI. While we used to enjoy US $2500-3500 J/D/Z class fares to North America (which I have traveled on many times) all that is offered now is a US $ 8000 full J class fare.
ps The $4500 rt KHI-DXB-ZRH-YUL vv in F fare will also be missed!
Do you think there's a chance LX will re-introduce excursion/discounted J fares or are we likely just stuck with this full J fare from now? i.e. does LX sometimes pull old fares before introducing new ones?
Edited to Update: Cheaper fares are available to NYC (although still $1,000+ more than before) so it seems just Toronto has lost the discounted fares.

I strongly believe that LH pushed LX to increase their fares Ex-KHI to stop LH group passengers who are taking a short trip to KHI and start their journey from their saving almost 60% of LH high fares ex-DXB
From above post you can notice that LX fares Ex-KHI are now on par with LH.

That's what I suspect too... oh well all good things must come to and end!
Only the bravest people from Dubai would fly to KHI to use this fare because it only allowed PK on the KHI-DXB sector but not EK.
