Log On on main screen.
Could the Log On be added to the main screen to save on the unnessessary key stroke that is now required? This would make entry to FT more efficient and user friendly.
Yes, I know that an extra key stroke is not a big deal but just think of the time that will be taken from our lives using the current method after several hundred thousand log ins we will all do in our lifetimes.
Just a suggestion. Thanks.

Not sure where the extra keystroke you mention comes in ... I click on members/my flyertalk or community/my flyertalk (pull down menus) and it auto-prompts me for the login information when I'm not logged in already. Don't know if that helps or if that is the extra keystroke you mention.

I think he's referring to the pull down menu as a click. Actually, this will be resolved as soon as we finish the install. Unfortunately there was a tech glitch with some of the coding compatibility with W3 on one of the browsers and we haven't yet been able to install the other screens. As soon as that is done, you'll see the auto log-in and this should all be resolved. I beleive we now have the work around on the coding in-house, just a matter of install.
Good question and is one that we found and resolved in the initial beta design - thanks to input from FTers who tested the new user interface.
