Hello Moderator

I'm not sure how to get the attention of the Moderators here on the Travel Boards so I'm trying this.

http://www.flyertalk.com/travel/fttr.../009517-6.html

This thread has SMessier taking a personal interest in my posts that is getting more and more negative and involved.

I have made a point of not responding to him/her in the hopes that this person will stop posting, but it hasn't helped at all. And, the personal potshots are one thing, but since I don't even know this guy (girl?), it is getting kind of scary.

Would someone take care of this?

lisamcgu,

SMessier responded to your posting just three times... you made some allegations, he gave you his input -- but you failed to respond to his comments. I'm not a moderator, but I don't see a problem with anything happening in that thread.

I have already taken care of this more directly with someone at FT. The topic is no longer up for debate and expanding. Troll on IndustrialPatent.

Because somebody responds to your postings, as I and SMessier did, that makes them a troll? If you can't accept others feedback, positive or negative, then maybe you shouldn't be posting comments that would prompt such.

I have no problem with feedback to a topic, but feedback directed toward the actual poster is just what it is, trolling trying to get the ire up of the poster in an effort to make them flame back (obvious).

I chose not to feed into this cycle for both my benefit and FTs.

Anytime you want to elaborate on the assertions you've made concerning the situation in Germany in that thread I will be delighted.
