Directory Help
It would be helpful to have a page that gives the names, tele numbers, addresses, and email addresses of airline representatives to contact. For example, I have a complaint about a UA flight and the way we were treated. The flight was between Sydney and the US. Who do I address the letter to so that it is not ignored? Thanks.

If you don't have a specific name, "To whom it may concern" is still the old (and politically correct) standby.

You can also use "Dear Sir or Madam" which is a bit more formal but perhaps less anonymous.
