Forum for Newbies...
...that can answer or explain how the frequent flyer points are used or any other simplistic question. My head hurts when I try to figure out what the website says and means when it gives an explanation of the program. For example, for American, I would like to know how I make a reservation, getting 1st class using my points on-line.
