Adam Burke of Hilton has given us a great gift: our own email address where Hilton problems can be resolved. See http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum57/HTML/002442.html

Would it be possible for this email address to be posted at the top of the Hilton forum? It would be helpful to newcomers and long time readers alike that we have direct access to Adam and his staff.

This is great news! I suggest that all Hilton forum visitors thank Adam in person.

Many of the newcomers to FT don't realize that Hilton has given us our own email address. I see that FT is more and more giving us links at the top of forum pages - could this suggestion be reconsidered?

we can. i'll ask that you create a brief write-up of what the announcement says along with the dedicated email address and i'll create a special Hilton HHonors only announcement within that forum.

Good idea that was unfortuantely lost in the daily grind of life. Thanks for resurecting.

I found Adam's post in the archives: http://www.flyertalk.com/pasttalk/ft...ML/002572.html With liberal cutting and pasting from his post, how about:

Hilton has established a DEDICATED E-MAIL ADDRESS for FlyerTalkers in order to expedite your inquiries. Emails to [email protected] go directly to the Service Center in Dallas, and will be monitored daily to ensure that your requests are handled in the most efficient manner possible.

Thanks, Randy.

Nice idea, Randy. I would really like to do this for the Starwood forum as well to give our members an idea of who to contact for what service. Such as:

Hotel Customer Service for hotel-related problems - 1-800-328-6242 or [email protected]

Starwood Preferred Guest-related problems -
Missing Stays/Miss-applied Credits Fax # 512-836-4002

Upgrade/Platinum amenity problems and other SPG-related complaints or comments - [email protected]

Thanks,

William R. Sanders
Customer Service Coordinator
Starwood Preferred Services

Any update on when this will be implemented? Randy committed to it, and I supplied possible verbiage some time ago. Thanks.
