Restructuring

This is obviously not working, guys. I hope you're trying to think of a fix?

My main suggestion is to reorganize it as a structured database of reviews, with a few forums for current topic threads. Having all topics be "current" threads doesn't work well.

Maybe combining "Dining" with "Travel" would help both....

Dorian, any feedback?

"Service" should be a noun, not a verb.

I agree lex... I'm just thinking that they (Randy & co.) were hoping that this will take off like the Miles section did and they just planned for that ahead of time.

It is a shame b/c this is a forum I only visit once a week or every other week, just b/c it is so overwhelming.

perhaps it would if theads clearly about dining were relocated to the dining forum and posters who posted to the thread were alerted of it's change in location and why it occured.

edited to add: if 50% of FT'ers posted just two restaurants from the area in which they live, think of how vibrant this forum could be.

Certainly two is not a tough task, let alone the ONE or TWO dining suggestions from a trip. Not hard at all.
