How about an 'ignore user' option?

How about an 'ignore user' option?
IMHO if this option were available with the FT software, it would save a lot of time when sifting through threads. You can add whomever you feel is posting redundant, non productive material etc... to your ignore list, and presto, you can customize your thread-viewing to the ones that you feel are relevant.
I've wasted my share of time skimming through a thread that I thought might be informative, to only find a recurring number FT'ers are bickering, finger-pointing, and/or cross posting redundant material.
I believe this option--and it is just that, an option, you can opt to use it or not--will greatly enhance the enjoyment of this site.
