Technology: Gadgets & Gizmos for the Road

...A forum that would be not limited to:

+ Computers, accessories, and other paraphernelia that are particularly useful for business/life on the road/in the air (e.g., EmPower ports/adaptors, mobile phones, converters)

+ Comparative usefulness (e.g., Handspring vs. 3Com PDA's)

+ Costs & use reports (e.g., global ISP's/mobile phone services)

This is part of a long term plan with FT. We've had requests to build forums for dining on the road, etc. We think we're going to wait til the next super upgrade for our BB system is implemented (it's in beta right now) and create a whole new FT area for this topic and many others. There's so much we can do for each other with great advice, but it's likely another BB in place as I'm afraid to add too many new forums to FT....But it's good to know there is interest in all of what we're doing. Many thanks for the suggestion.
